• Gestión de proyectos de implementación de Salesforce • Conducción de talleres de descubrimiento y análisis de requisitos de negocio • Traducción de requisitos en historias de usuario y especificaciones funcionales/técnicas • Proporcionar soporte post-implementación y análisis de tendencias

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ años de experiencia en Salesforce • Conocimientos en Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ (Oracle) y Eloqua • Habilidades en análisis de negocios, resolución de problemas, depuración y metodologías Agile Scrum • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de implementación de Salesforce • Soporte continuo post-implementación, análisis de tendencias de casos y mejora de procesos • Desarrollo de KPIs y dashboards utilizando Salesforce Einstein Analytics • Comunicación efectiva entre equipos de negocio y TI • Experiencia práctica con Apex, LWC y configuraciones de Salesforce
