📋 Description
• Serve as the main operational contact for SAP AMS Functional delivery topics, issues, and concerns • Manage escalations for tickets, delivery quality, governance, and operational risks • Empower the delivery team to achieve high-quality deliverables aligned with SAP AMS process requirements • Ensure target service levels (SLAs/KPIs) are met • Ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled
🎯 Requirements
• SAP AMS Delivery functional background in FI, CO, SD, MM, PM, TM, or PP • 5+ years of proven SAP AMS service management experience • At least 5+ years of proven experience as an SAP consultant in modules such as Logistics (SD, PP, MM, EWM, etc.), FI-CO, or SuccessFactors • Advanced English • Experience meeting SAP AMS process requirements, SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments
