📋 Description

• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions based on client requirements • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in ServiceNow development

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • Strong experience in: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) • CSM (Customer Service Management) • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.) • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
