📋 Description

• Trabajar en portal de servicio de ServiceNow • Proveer prácticas recomendadas según las configuraciones actuales • Desarrollar análisis de rendimiento en ServiceNow • Colaborar en diversas tareas de ingeniería con el cliente remoto

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ años de experiencia con ServiceNow requerida • 8+ años de experiencia en la industria de TI requerida • Experiencia trabajando en Performance Analytics • Diseño y modificación del ServiceNow Service Portal. • Revisión de la configuración existente y recomendaciones sobre las mejores prácticas en línea con el OEM • Excelente conocimiento de las mejores prácticas de ServiceNow y conocimiento continuo de las últimas funciones de ServiceNow. • Experiencia con codificación HTML y Jelly script preferida.
