📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Workday Web Services, Workday Extend, and Workday Prism Analytics • Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications • Build integrations using middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or equivalent platforms • Create scalable data transformation and orchestration solutions • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration designs • Create High-Level Design and Low-Level Design documentation • Develop API-based integration solutions using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and XSLT • Ensure integrations follow enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards • Monitor integration health and proactively identify issues • Troubleshoot integration failures, resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end business processes • Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance requirements • Manage Workday security domains and integration system users as required • Implement error handling, logging, auditing, and notification mechanisms • Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and external vendors • Participate in requirements gathering, solution reviews, testing, and deployment • Support Workday releases and regression testing • Deliver reliable and automated business solutions across Finance, HCM, Procurement, Payroll, CRM, and other enterprise applications • Success metrics include integration uptime and reliability, incident resolution time, successful project delivery, reduced manual processes, improved data quality and accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field • 4+ years of experience developing Workday integrations • 2+ years of experience with middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or similar platforms • Experience implementing enterprise application integrations in large-scale environments • Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP & REST APIs) • Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, SFTP/file-based integrations, SQL, and data analysis • Experience with version control systems; Git preferred • Experience integrating Workday with Salesforce, Active Directory/Azure AD, payroll providers, benefits providers, financial systems, data warehouses, and reporting platforms • Workday Pro Certification(s), Workday Studio Certification, MuleSoft Developer Certification, and experience with Workday Extend, Workday Prism Analytics, cloud-native integrations, event-driven architectures, and HCM/Financials domains are preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Strong documentation skills • Continuous learning mindset • Customer-focused approach
