📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of enterprise customers end-to-end • Drive onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and measurable business impact • Lead day-to-day relationships with customer owners and functional leads • Translate platform usage into quantifiable outcomes such as cost savings и supply chain resilience • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of total professional experience • 3–5+ years managing enterprise SaaS accounts • English - Native or professional fluency is required • German: Business fluency preferred • Highly Desirable: Experience in Chemicals, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Procurement sectors
