📋 Description

• You are Valiantys’ global owner of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Developer Experience (DevEx) practice. • Your mandate is to drive the professional services business capability in this space - from market positioning and thought leadership through to the creation of unique, high-value offerings and the systematic uplift of regional delivery quality. • You will translate Valiantys’ deep Atlassian and DevOps expertise combined with AI agentic capability to merge into packaged, sellable solutions - and then drive their adoption across EMEA, NoAM, and APAC. • You will work hand in glove with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Managed Services, bringing the commercial acuity and executive gravitas to turn domain expertise into scalable business growth. • This role is central to Valiantys’ ambition to become the leading AI Enterprise Orchestrator. • You will help organizations connect people, processes, platforms, and AI agents across the software delivery lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in professional services, technology consulting, or enterprise software - with a significant portion spent in SDLC, DevOps, developer experience, or engineering tooling. • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling a professional services practice or solution line, including the creation of repeatable offerings, IP assets, and delivery playbooks. • Commercially driven, with experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Managed Services to generate and close pipeline. • Deep familiarity with AI as it applies to software development - ideally including hands-on exposure to agentic AI tools, AI-assisted development pipelines, or AI-augmented DevOps. • Experience engaging at CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent level - as a thought leader who positions strategy and business value, not just a technical advisor. • Deep Atlassian ecosystem knowledge including the Software Collection and its role in SDLC modernization - Jira Software, Bitbucket, Compass, Confluence, and adjacent tools. Familiarity with how the Software Collection is positioned and deployed across enterprise environments is essential. Atlassian partner certifications are a strong advantage. • Experience operating across EMEA, AMER, and APAC - with a track record of driving adoption of global standards across distributed regional teams. • Proven ability to lead structured discovery and gap analysis workshops - capturing business needs, identifying SDLC maturity gaps, and translating findings into a compelling modernization vision and roadmap.
