📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA functional solutions • Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA business processes • Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities • Support enhancement requests, changes, and production issues • Perform impact assessments and contribute to solution design • Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation • Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution • Support deployment and release activities • Work closely with business users, technical teams, and other SAP stakeholders • Facilitate workshops and support user adoption • Provide functional support throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP functional consulting experience • Strong hands-on experience in at least one core SAP S/4HANA functional area • Solid experience in SAP functional configuration and business process optimization • Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements • Experience preparing functional specifications and clear solution documentation • Experience with solution design and impact assessment • Experience supporting testing, UAT, and deployment activities • Strong stakeholder communication skills • Experience facilitating workshops • Very good command of English • Availability during UAE business hours with sufficient overlap with the UAE-based project team • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) • Experience working on large-scale SAP transformation projects (preferred) • Experience with end-to-end integration across SAP S/4HANA and related SAP modules (preferred) • Experience in retail, FMCG, or other large enterprise environments (preferred) • Experience working in structured SAP delivery environments, particularly SAP Activate, Agile, or hybrid delivery models (preferred) • Experience supporting international business stakeholders (preferred)
