📋 Description

• Support clients and technical teams in planning and designing campaigns and customer journeys, bringing a marketing and business strategy perspective • Work with clients and technical teams on CRM and Marketing Automation projects, with a focus on strategy and performance • Research benchmarks, facilitate brainstorming sessions, and develop concepts and storytelling for campaigns and customer journeys • Design campaign and customer journey strategies in Miro, including flows, key objectives, and audience segmentation • Prepare briefs for creative teams and review copy, layouts, and campaign materials • Analyze the performance and best practices of active customer journeys, generating insights and proposing optimizations, A/B tests, and next steps • Lead discovery, consulting, and brainstorming sessions with clients • Support the creation, planning, and prioritization of roadmaps • Support clients and development teams during implementation, ensuring strategic and performance requirements are met • Create and update workflow processes, documentation, briefing templates, and sales presentations • Support onboarding and mentor interns, trainees, and junior analysts • Support sales and partnership activities by contributing to case studies and strategic presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Design, or a related field; or 6+ years of experience in marketing roles • 6+ years of experience in marketing, planning, and/or strategy projects • 4+ years of experience in CRM Marketing projects, including automation and/or one-off campaigns • Knowledge of or experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar automation tools • Experience with email, SMS, push notifications, and/or WhatsApp • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Holistic business and marketing perspective, along with excellent listening skills • Ability to interpret implicit needs during meetings, identify a client’s key pain points and underlying needs, and propose concrete strategies to address them • Advanced English proficiency
