• Coordinate and organize digital learning initiatives in accordance with company objectives and strategies. • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to design, deliver, track and report on online learning programs. • Communicate with various departments to understand the requirements of e-learning materials and programs. • Monitor learner progression and provide feedback for improvements, ensuring the virtual learning environment remains effective and engaging. • Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support for learners experiencing difficulties with online tools and platforms. • Assist in the development of new learning models and make sure the learning content is updated regularly. • Provide reports on the program's effectiveness, learner progress and suggest potential improvements.
• A bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field. • Experience in e-learning, educational technology, or a related field is preferred but not essential. • Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-Learning platforms, and practices. • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills. • An ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
