• Client interface & relationship management: act as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients • Needs analysis & customer satisfaction: identify clients’ individual needs and ensure their satisfaction • Information & communication management: continuously inform clients about new benefits and developments • Product development & innovation: further develop the existing benefits portfolio and design tailored programs • Strategic consulting & systems analysis: provide strategic advice to clients and develop future-proof solutions
• Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience — ideally in enterprise account management, project management, or Customer Success Management • Strong customer and service orientation • Empathy, confident presence, and assertiveness • Clear, persuasive, and presentation-ready communication skills • Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style • Strong organizational talent and solid commercial expertise • Negotiation-level (business-fluent) German and English • Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
