📋 Description

• Identify and acquire potential partners in the housing sector on the German market • Provide tailored advice to landlords, owners, and property managers on corporate housing solutions and build long-term partnerships • Support our partners by phone, in writing, and virtually, ensuring a professional and positive service experience • Explain complex tax and financial issues related to housing in a clear and persuasive manner • Actively contribute to the development of our services and processes in the area of housing acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in the German real estate sector, e.g., as an estate agent, in property management, or in comparable roles • Ability to communicate complex matters clearly and persuasively – including to diverse audiences • Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications • Work independently, in a structured way, and with a sense of responsibility • Excellent German language skills and a communicative, charismatic personality
