📋 Description

• Further development and governance of the IT Service Portfolio Management process • Definition of binding standards for service descriptions, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting • Management of reviews and decision-making processes for new or changed IT services • Support for Service Managers throughout the entire service lifecycle • Close coordination with internal teams and external service providers (SIAM environment)

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT Service Management, ideally in Service Portfolio Management • Very good understanding of SIAM and multi-vendor models • Experience with common ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an advantage • ITIL certification (e.g., ITIL 4 Managing Professional) desirable • Very good German and English language skills • Strong communication skills at management and stakeholder level
