• Lead the buildout, optimization, and automation of Technolutions Slate Deliver campaigns, including email templates, audiences, populations, rules, and scheduled communications. • Design and implement Technolutions Slate Events and Scheduler, including templates, forms, check-in processes, and communications. • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing user support that promotes user confidence and independence. • Conduct testing and monitoring to ensure functionality and data accuracy. • Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment Operations and Systems to develop Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) related to enrollment operational efficiency across all programs, analyzing data to measure effectiveness and inform continuous improvement strategies. • Identify inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and implement workflow enhancements. • Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree required • 1-3 years of professional experience in enrollment management, admissions, or a related higher education field. • 1+ years of direct Technolutions Slate CRM administration and user support, with emphasis on Deliver, Events, and Scheduler. Working Knowledge and hands-on experience with Slate Deliver, Events, Scheduler, populations, and rules. Proficiency in building and maintaining configurable joins queries. • Proven experience in training, documentation, or CRM technical support. Comfortable presenting to and training end-users in a group or one-on-one basis. • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. • Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and maintaining the highest data standards. • Knowledge of FERPA and a demonstrated commitment to data security and privacy regulations standards.
