📋 Description

• Research, prototype, and evaluate state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques • Design and develop custom machine learning models • Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures • Develop predictive models for forecasting and anomaly detection • Architect and deploy AI-powered features and services • Build multi-agent and agentic AI workflows • Implement and optimize LLM-powered pipelines • Manage cloud-based AI infrastructure • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications • Mentor junior and mid-level developers • Stay current with AI research and trends

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience • At least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML engineering • 2+ years experience in LLM/Generative AI Development • Proficiency in Python • Familiarity with TypeScript or JavaScript • Strong knowledge of ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers • Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, Anthropic SDK • Experience with vector databases • Solid understanding of RAG architecture, embedding models, chunking strategies • Experience with model fine-tuning techniques • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and data preprocessing pipelines • Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized model serving • Understanding of software engineering best practices
