📋 Description

• Drive HAMERKOP's digital transformation and shape its technology roadmap. • Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and digital solutions across the organisation. • Oversee the development and adoption of new tools and products. • Contribute to hands-on software development, prototyping, workflow automation, and AI-enabled applications. • Collaborate with consultants, management, clients, and external development partners to design, implement, and improve technology-enabled solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, data science, or a related discipline. • 4–8 years of experience in software development, technical product management, digital transformation, solutions engineering, or a related field. • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining business applications, workflow automation solutions, digital products, or AI-enabled tools. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage initiatives from concept through implementation. • Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including external developers, technology vendors, or implementation partners. • Experience applying AI, workflow automation, or knowledge management technologies to solve practical business problems.
