📋 Description

• Develop Enablement Programs: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive enablement programs • Onboarding and Training Partners: Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners • Resource Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and update sales collateral • Support Internal Enablement: Be the point of contact to enable and educate internal Vanta GTM teams • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators to monitor and measure effectiveness • Communication and Collaboration: Ensure seamless communication between the company and its partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Partner/Channel enablement, preferably at a high-growth startup. • Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs, both in-person and virtually for external communities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics. • A bias for action and ability to operate with resilience. • Expertise in using Partner enablement tech including PRMs (Impartner), LMS (Workramp, Docebo) Content Management Systems (Seismic, Highspot) and Knowledge Management Systems (Guru). • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences. • Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to driving continuous improvements
