📋 Description

• Function as analytics partner for a marketing team, building and scaling marketing reporting capabilities. These include sizing opportunities, establishing consistent tracking, KPIs, and dashboards, plus developing insights into campaign impact on milestones across the customer journey • Automate operating review deliverables to drive source of truth consistency and reduce cycle time • Enable key stakeholders on insights produced and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing efficiency, insights and impact • Continue evolving our analytical capabilities through partnership with Data Engineering to influence roadmap and development of datasets

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of marketing performance drivers • Action-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and curiosity to drive a deeper understanding of what’s happening and why • Technical expertise in SQL, Salesforce, Marketing Automation tools (Hubspot/Marketo) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau). Experience in DBT is preferred. Bonus for Python/R. • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical content to non-technical audiences • Proven ability to initiate and complete analytical projects independently • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
