⢠Establish and build Vanta's Professional Services function from the ground up, establishing delivery methodology, service offerings, pricing model, and team structure. ⢠Develop scalable service packages across all customer segments, with differentiated approaches for high-touch enterprise customers and scalable delivery for mid market. ⢠Create a repeatable, measurable service motion that supports onboarding, implementation, and enablement across the customer lifecycle. ⢠Design and launch new, innovative service offerings that are tightly aligned with Vanta's product roadmap. ⢠Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team. Build career frameworks, onboarding programs, and ongoing enablement to develop a world class services team. ⢠Own and grow a new Professional Services revenue line, including scoping, SOW negotiation, and services bookings across all customer segments. ⢠Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, and Channel & Alliances to ensure seamless presales-to-post-sales handoffs and aligned customer outcomes across both direct and partner-led motions. ⢠Build and lead a partner services program that acts as a strategic bridge between Vanta's Professional Services function and our broader ecosystem of resellers, service partners, distributors, and auditors.
⢠10+ years in SaaS Professional Services or consulting, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth software and/or AI company. ⢠Proven builder: you've hired, structured, and developed PS organizations from scratch and know what great looks like at every level. ⢠Track record of owning services revenue, with experience scoping, pricing, and selling professional services engagements including SOWs, change orders, and renewals. ⢠AI-forward mindset: you actively use AI tools to drive team productivity and delivery quality, and you've experimented with (or built) AI-enabled workflows in a services or customer-facing context. ⢠Strong operator: you build processes, implement tools, and use data to drive decisions. ⢠Executive presence with the ability to navigate complex enterprise customer relationships and serve as a credible partner to C-suite stakeholders. ⢠Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, etc.) and the ability to translate them into customer-facing delivery strategies. ⢠Familiarity with key platforms in the compliance and security ecosystem (AWS, Okta, Azure/EntraID, GCP, Jira, etc.). ⢠Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship. ⢠Responsible for protecting Vanta and customer data in how your team operates and delivers results. ⢠Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
