• Work directly with the Senior Director, Visa Processing to support DOL visa processing workflow • Manage Senior Immigration Specialist and Immigration Specialists • Oversee team workflow and support employer recruitment processes • Ensure timely and accurate completion of required filings and documentation • Train Immigration Specialists on drafting prevailing wages, ETA-9089s, and audit responses • Initiate recruitment with new sponsors and oversee the full recruitment life cycle • Manage team workflow and monitor progress • Report pipeline progress, updates, and issues to the Senior Director, Visa Processing • Monitor ETA-9089 filing open dates and stale dates • Communicate employer-side updates to Business Development • Onboard new employers with outside counsel and track onboarding dates
• Bachelor’s degree required • Prior experience working with Global Mobility • At least two years of experience in a similar position • Prior experience working with U.S. employment-based visa filings
