📋 Description

• Lead analysis, design, implementation, and support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain modules • Support Sales Order Management, Procurement, Advanced Warehousing, Inventory Management, Quality Management, Transportation Management, EDI, and related modules • Partner with business relationship managers and technology teams to translate business needs into JD Edwards solutions • Align JDE Supply Chain and Distribution modules with medical device compliance standards, including FDA regulations • Support validation documentation, traceability, electronic records/signatures, audit readiness, and change control • Participate in cloning JD Edwards applications and processes into Vantive’s JDE instances • Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Manufacturing, Commercial, HR, and other cross-functional teams • Work with stakeholders to define requirements, functional specifications, and system solutions • Coordinate with third-party support and delivery teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements • Configure and support JD Edwards Supply Chain modules • Troubleshoot WMS and other supply chain system integration errors • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support • Lead JD Edwards EnterpriseOne upgrade initiatives, including requirements definition, impact assessments, functional validation, and user enablement • Drive continuous improvement through efficient, scalable, and adaptable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field • At least 7 years of experience working with JD Edwards ERP, specifically in Sales Order Management, Procurement, Advanced Warehousing, Inventory Management, Quality Management, Transportation Management, EDI, and Inventory Management modules • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and related best practices, with hands-on experience in system configuration and support • Proven ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot JD Edwards systems and integrations • Experience with JD Edwards 9.2 or later versions is highly preferred • Spanish speaking and written communication skills are highly desirable • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience working with third-party support and delivery teams • Ability to work with multiple geographies in a multicultural environment • Ability and maturity to manage senior-level stakeholders globally • Experience working in regulated environments, including privacy and compliance • Design thinking awareness and prior usage strongly preferred • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Spanish • Portuguese language skills considered a plus
