📋 Description

• Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics such as views, likes, and comments • Serve as an algorithm-fluent editor with expertise in hooks, pacing, structure, and retention across social platforms • Own DJ-ing, remixing, and optimizing content to drive scalable performance • Tune performance and platform success through continuous optimization and creative iteration • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube • Stay current with platform algorithms, emerging formats, creator trends, and editing techniques • Participate in ideation and contribute ideas • Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid-fire requests and tight timelines • Attend creative brainstorms, kickoffs, and team meetings • Mentor Creators, Art Directors, and Copywriters on best practices, ideation, execution, and performance optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional creative experience across media platforms • Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in advertising, digital media, or a related field • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop • Content creation skills from start to finish, including video and motion design • Responsible, accountable, self-starter who demonstrates initiative • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German • Must be authorized to work in Germany
