β’ Associate or Bachelorβs degree β’ Minimum of 6 years of experience as a credentialed veterinary technician or in veterinary nursing β’ Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience β’ Experience with adult learning, presenting, or public speaking β’ Must be a graduate of an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program with an active license in good standing β’ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills β’ Proven ability to mentor and develop talent β’ Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office β’ Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities β’ A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
