📋 Description

• Design and deliver polished UI for the vCluster Platform from early concept through pixel-perfect execution • Partner day-to-day with frontend engineers to scope and execute product design work • Stay close to backend engineering to understand technical feasibility • Research technical requirements and proposed solutions through UX studies, competitive research, and other methods • Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to translate ambiguous requirements into clear design direction • Work with Brand Designers to keep product visuals aligned with vCluster Labs' brand identity

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years designing UI or product experiences for a B2B product • Ideally experience designing products used by engineers, DevOps, or platform teams • Ability to understand complex software engineering concepts through research, interest in the field, or personal experience • User-centric design approach focused on specific user needs • Ability to design clear, aesthetically pleasing interfaces aligned with modern UI patterns • Willingness to learn technical subject matter, read technical documentation, and experiment independently • Ability to structure clear presentations, defend design decisions, and question assumptions • Cloud-ecosystem experience with cloud providers, DevOps tools, Kubernetes, or engineer-facing infrastructure products is a bonus • Early-stage startup experience is a bonus • Required LinkedIn Profile URL and portfolio link
