📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders who built the apps themselves • Review and finalize code from citizen developers (React/JS frontends, FastAPI backends) • Handle security compliance and prepare apps for enterprise security review • Deploy applications to AWS EKS and manage ongoing operations • Work across multiple parallel workstreams simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python and FastAPI - able to pick up someone else's codebase without full context • Comfortable reading and fixing React/JavaScript • Hands-on AWS experience with Kubernetes in production (EKS specifically) • Familiarity with Claude API, MCP connectivity, and agent architectures • Security awareness in large enterprise environments - ability to spot data leaks, unauthorized access points, and IAM misconfigurations • Experience reviewing and hardening code written by non-engineers before it goes to production • Strong ownership mindset - you're accountable for the final quality of what gets deployed • Fluent English, clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
