📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls from patients, healthcare customers, and service providers • Deliver accurate information and support regarding healthcare policies and procedures • Address patient concerns, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure a satisfactory outcome • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and transactions • Adhere to HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations • Coordinate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex matters efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1-2 year of customer service, call center, or healthcare related experience preferred • Basic understanding of medical billing, insurance claims, and healthcare terminology • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent time management skills • Must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal • Proficient data entry skills, with a typing speed of 40 WPM or faster • Must demonstrate the ability to work with and protect confidential information • Open to consultancy contract minimum of 6 months • Able to work from home with reliable internet and a backup connection
