📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day activities of the DevOps and systems team, helping define priorities, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery. • Design and implement robust systems, networks, and storage solutions. • Configure and maintain our CI/CD pipelines for our SaaS platform. • Manage our cloud environments (AWS). • Monitor and maintain the availability, performance, and security of our systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve any system or network issues to minimize downtime. • Collaborate closely with QA and software development to support our deliveries. • Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to make recommendations. • Champion best-practice when it comes to infrastructure security and stability. • Mentor and support team members in developing their technical and professional skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or DevOps Engineer • Demonstrated leadership experience — setting priorities, coordinating team efforts, or mentoring others. • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies. • Proficiency in server administration and configuration management. • Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. • Project management and organizational skills. • Knowledge of data privacy and security. • Most importantly: a proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
