📋 Description

• Perform troubleshooting and analysis, including log file investigation • Act as a technical focal point in relationships with fellow IT professionals • Own customer problems from the beginning of a support case through resolution • Troubleshoot issues in Veeam and third-party Microsoft and VMware components • Determine whether issues are known or unknown, defects, or misconfigurations • Correct issues in break/fix scenarios and educate customers on processes and interactions • Document all customer interactions accurately and within SLA in the CRM tool • Provide feedback to developers and testers

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English (reading/writing/speaking) • Advanced user or administrative level with Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 / 2025 and Windows 10 / 11 • Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, including OS and firewall configuration • Networking configuration and troubleshooting knowledge, including NAT, ports, DHCP, and DNS • Ability to quickly learn, understand and explain technical information • Ability and desire to take ownership of client issues through resolution • Excellent time management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • UNIX and/or Linux knowledge, VMware ESX(i), Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange Server administration, and database engines such as SQL/Oracle are a plus
