📋 Description

• Lead a professional services team focused on customer success in implementation and support of RTSM studies • Ensure customer and employee success • Manage a diverse team of project managers and managed services consultants • Build and manage people for their personal and professional development • Establish and ensure adherence to RTSM processes • Collaborate with other RTSM teams to ensure alignment and delivery expectations • Establish best practices and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience • 4+ years in people management • Built and managed a team of project managers/services team • Ability to take initiative and work proactively • Operational excellence in leading Services including resource management • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment • Team player • A logical approach to problem-solving and excellent eye for detail • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to travel (5-10%) • Nice to have: Working Knowledge of RTSM • Nice to have: Working Knowledge of FDA and 21 CFR Part 11 • Nice to have: Management experience in the RTSM sector
