You’ll lead the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, collaborating with top experts to craft compelling narratives and responses to questionnaires that resonate with North American and European customers. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven Proposal Management Expertise: 4+ years of experience managing complex proposals within a dynamic B2B environment. Experience in life sciences and/or SaaS technology and services is a significant plus • Demonstrated Project Management Skills: Driven by deadlines with a sense of urgency. Proven ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with tight deadlines • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Global Collaboration & Time Zone Adaptability: Flexibility to support a global customer base and response team, including core U.S. Eastern Time working hours (9 am - 5 pm ET) and the ability to work irregular or extended hours across time zones as needed • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication abilities, with a knack for transforming technical details into compelling narratives • Leadership Mentality: Self-motivated and proactive, with a natural inclination to take ownership and drive results within a team setting • Team-Oriented Approach: A collaborative spirit and positive attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and together with a high-performing team • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Strict adherence to accuracy with expert formatting, editing, and proofreading skills • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced use of Word styles. Experience with RFP response tools (e.g., Loopio, Responsive, etc.) is preferred
