• 4 years of professional experience in sales, consulting or within a pharma company. Part time or Internship is considered as a professional experience • Full business language capacity in English, Fluent Spanish & Italian • BA, BS or Master Degree in business administration, engineering or sciences with proof of solid academic performance • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative • Highly organized, can manage time and multiple priorities effectively • Team player. Able to take accountability and direction • Resilience to rejection • Willingness to travel as needed (~25%) • Legally authorized to be employed in Italy or Spain without limitations or restrictions
