📋 Description

• Monitor and track project progress, aged accounts, invoicing and budget. • Responsible for overall project performance and profitability. • Generate and manage development of design and project drawings. • Interface/coordinate engineering to execute design concepts. • Responsible for building, maintaining and managing client relationships. • Communicate and coordinate project requirements with the project team and consultants. • Manage preliminary and final design and construction phase services for municipal projects. • Engage in public outreach, marketing, and client communication. • Manage budget and schedule for multiple engineering projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or masters degree in engineering. • 17+ years of experience. • Licensure in Engineering is required. • Working knowledge and understanding of construction documents and building codes. • Proficient in current version of Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Studio or Form-Z, Photoshop, MS Word and MS Excel.
