📋 Description

• Advising and supporting qualified prospects through their decision-making process and registration • Analyzing current professional situations, goals, and development opportunities • Recommending suitable training programs and outlining realistic career prospects • Conducting conversations with trust, honesty, and a solution-oriented approach • Structuring and documenting conversations, follow-ups, and open cases • Working closely with colleagues from Sales, Support, and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree or close to graduation • Interest in sales, consulting, and communication • Ideally some initial sales experience from working student roles and/or internships • Enjoy working with people • High self-motivation and commitment to performance • Structured way of working and strong organizational skills • Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills • Willingness to work predominantly on-site in Munich for the first six months
