• As a Web Conversion Analyst (Growth & CMS), you will be responsible for turning pages into measurable results. You will connect CMS, data, AI, copy, design and UX to increase conversions, qualify leads and accelerate revenue. You are the person who connects projects end-to-end in partnership with marketing teams: you understand the problem, design the solution, coordinate execution and measure impact. • Plan, structure and publish pages in a CMS with a conversion focus (LPs, hotsites, forms, modals). • Create and optimize pages aligned with marketing strategies and brand guidelines. • Use Figma to prototype pages, adjust layouts and components, and ensure visual consistency and usability. • Apply design fundamentals (UI/UX, visual hierarchy, scannability, responsiveness) focused on performance. • Use AI to support tests, copy variations, visual elements, personalization and hypothesis generation. • Build and run an experimentation routine (A/B tests, offers, CTAs, layouts, messaging) with clear hypotheses and metrics. • Define and track key metrics (conversion rate, funnel metrics, clicks, scroll, drop-offs). • Ensure correct implementation of tracking (events, pixels, parameters) in partnership with technical teams. • Lead multidisciplinary projects with marketing teams, working from briefing to prioritization, alignments, scheduling, monitoring and delivery. • Document patterns, templates and best practices to scale the creation of high-performance pages.
• Solid experience (3–5+ years) in Growth, CRO, Web, Performance or related areas. • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow or similar). • Strong knowledge of Figma and digital design fundamentals (UI/UX, grids, components, mobile-first). • Strong analytical ability and experience making decisions based on data and analysis. • Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools (GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, events, etc.). • Technical familiarity (basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript) sufficient to communicate with developers, understand constraints/opportunities and implement end-to-end solutions with AI. • Project management skills: organize requests, prioritize, negotiate deadlines and ensure end-to-end delivery. • Hands-on attitude, ownership of deliverables, results-oriented and business-minded. • Experience in B2B, SaaS or consultative sales environments. • Experience with HubSpot (CMS + CRM) or an integrated automation stack. • Experience personalizing pages using behavioral data and segmentation. • Advanced use of AI for continuous optimization of pages, content and experiences. • Ability to create internal frameworks and guidelines for pages, tests and conversion. • Excellent communication skills to align different teams, defend decisions with data and drive projects to completion.
