⢠Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the clinics cloud-based system ⢠Answer and return patient calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner ⢠Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish ⢠Update and maintain accurate patient records in the system ⢠Coordinate provider schedules and ensure accurate appointment entries ⢠Provide general administrative support as needed
đŻ Requirements
⢠Previous medical or dental receptionist experience preferred ⢠Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) ⢠Strong English communication and listening skills ⢠Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus ⢠Reliable internet connection ⢠Quiet and professional work environment ⢠Ability to work during Eastern Time (ET) hours
