📋 Description

• Support a podiatry practice remotely • Interact with patients • Perform virtual medical receptionist and scheduling coordinator duties • Coordinate patient scheduling • Provide medical virtual assistant support in a fast-paced healthcare environment

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service experience required • Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, patient-focused attitude • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail • Medical billing, medical receptionist, or healthcare VA experience preferred • Insurance verification and claims experience is a plus • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is an advantage • Reliable computer and internet connection • Willingness to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop
