• Lead the trip: act as the group leader for small groups (4–12 people) on 2–3 week nationwide tours, staying with the group as the trip host and as a representative of our company. • Provide clear information about the places we visit and convey your enthusiasm for this fascinating country. • Serve as the primary personal contact for our customers for any issues during the trip. • Ensure the safety of our travelers and the smooth operation of the tour. • In some cases, handle company cash payments with local partners. • Help monitor that services provided by our partners meet our quality, safety, and sustainability standards. • Enjoy the experience and share it with travelers from German-speaking countries!
• Passion for showing travelers the authentic culture and people of the Philippines. • Advanced proficiency in German for client communication. • Philippine national holding an official Tour Guide license (All-Country license). • Extensive knowledge of Philippine history, traditions, daily life, and current affairs. • Good knowledge of German culture and current events. • Treat clients as more than customers—like friends—and ensure they have the best possible experience. • Remain calm under pressure, follow protocols in special circumstances, and provide flexible solutions independently.
