📋 Description

• Serve as the trip leader: guide a small group of travelers (typically 4–12 people) on 2–3 week, all-country itineraries, staying with the group as the trip host and company representative. • Provide clear, engaging information about the destinations we visit and convey your enthusiasm for Vietnam. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in case of any issues during the trip. • Ensure the safety of our travelers and oversee smooth tour operations. • In some cases, handle company cash payments with local partners. • Monitor that services provided by our partners meet our quality, safety, and sustainability standards. • Create a positive, enjoyable experience and share memorable moments with travelers from German-speaking countries.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for presenting authentic Vietnamese culture and connecting travelers with local people. • Advanced proficiency in German for client communication. • Vietnamese national with an official Tour Guide license (All-country license). • Extensive knowledge of Vietnam’s history, traditions, daily life, and current affairs. • Good understanding of German culture and current affairs. • Good English communication skills (preferred but not required). • Highly engaged, reliable, and well organized. • Open, cheerful, service-oriented, and possessing positive charisma. • Treat clients as more than customers—like friends—and ensure they have the best possible experience. • Remain calm under pressure, follow protocols in special circumstances, and provide flexible solutions when needed. • Interest in sustainable, local, and authentic travel. • Prior experience preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.
