📋 Description

• Calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar • Qualifying homeowners for free consultations • Scheduling consultations for the outside sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record: Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience. • Tech savvy + strong computer skills. • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is strongly preferred​​​​​​ • Must have a sales mentality and be a strong confident closer • Ability to perform in a remote environment and be held accountable for personal performance • Exceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, yet friendly, phone presence • Strong time management and multitasking ability • Reliable work ethic
