📋 Description

• First point of contact for the team regarding organizational and administrative matters • Ensure smooth processes for time tracking, travel expenses, and invoicing • Prepare presentations and documents for prospective clients • Support the external accounting team by categorizing receipts • Coordinate between accounting and the team • Resolve accounting-related queries • Plan and prepare regular team meetings • Contribute and implement ideas for improving processes

🎯 Requirements

• Motivation, strong self-organization, and willingness to learn new subjects • Excellent organizational skills • Structured and independent approach to work • Self-motivated and proactive working style • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications • Knowledge of accounting software such as sevDesk is an advantage • Absolute discretion when handling confidential information • Initial professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
