• 社内トレーニングの計画、実施 • エンゲージを向上させるためのアクション • セッション・イベントの主導 • 評価プロセスの実装 • 年次評価プロセスを主導・実施する • 人材育成ニーズを理解し、トレーニングセッションを作成・実行する • トレーニング後のフィードバックを収集し、プログラム内容を改善する • 新卒者向け新入社員研修プログラムを計画・実施する • 外部ベンダーと協力して中途採用者向け研修を実施する • エンゲージメント調査を実施する（質問作成、システム設定、結果のフィードバック等） • フォローアップ活動を策定・実施する • 他部門と人材育成・ダイバーシティ充実に向けたセッションを手配する • TMシニアマネージャーの予算管理をサポートする • タレントマネジメントの観点からグループ会社との連携をサポートする • グローバルHQおよびAP HQチームと折衝する
🎯 Requirements
• 事業会社で且つグローバル環境下での人財開発・組織開発・研修設計の経験（新卒向けオリエンテーションを含む、タレントマネジメントの経験のある方） • ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル（業務において使用している、もしくは、TOEIC850点程度） • エンゲージメント向上に関する施策のご経験のある方（歓迎要件）
