• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and dashboard assets using Salesforce (SFDC), Power BI, and other enterprise analytics tools. • Build automated, reliable data pipelines that consolidate information from multiple sources into a single source of truth for operational performance. • Create leadership-ready dashboards and visualizations that track customer trends, case quality, productivity, SLA adherence, and operational throughput. • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify patterns, emerging risks, and opportunities for process improvement. • Prepare analytical content for Quarterly Business Reviews, operational reviews, and ad-hoc leadership requests. • Monitor data quality, reconcile discrepancies across systems, and ensure consistent KPI definitions across reporting. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights that support strategic and day-to-day decision-making. • Translate complex datasets into clear narratives, summaries, and recommendations that can be easily consumed by non-technical audiences. • Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps in our existing reporting infrastructure and proposing solutions aligned with Veradigm’s values.
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce reporting, Power BI, and at least one additional analytical or visualization tool (Excel, SQL, Python, etc.) • Strong understanding of operational metrics, customer support measurement, or service delivery analytics preferred. • Ability to synthesize large datasets into concise insights that inform business decisions. • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting findings to senior leaders. • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. • Commitment to Veradigm’s values and a passion for building better, more transparent, and more effective operational processes.
