📋 Description

• The Account Manager – Slovakia is based at home and travels 3 days a week to meet with existing and new customers and propose solutions including Videojet equipment, financing and service agreements • This richly varied sales role encompasses account plan development, lead generation and prospecting, mapping decision-makers, product demonstrations, collaboration with marketing on targeted campaigns, trade fairs, updating sales activity in SFDC, and the execution of the entire sales cycle to the highest professional standards

🎯 Requirements

• ‘New business hunting’ focused B2B Account Manager/Sales Engineer, with industrial automation and equipment sales, ideally within manufacturing/production line environments such as food & beverages • Strong business development, lead generation, funnel management, KPIs and a consultative approach to uncover and solve customer’s needs • Team player with strong commercial awareness and good technical understanding • Able to comfortably engage at all levels, including production environment technicians, finance, purchasing, business leaders etc • Relentless drive and self-motivation to hit monthly sales targets • Excellent sales administration, forecasting and reporting, using CRM such as Salesforce etc • Excellent communication skills, including fluent Slovak and a good level of English • Driving licence and able to drive widely 3 days a week
