📋 Description

• Engage directly with customers (in English and Spanish) to implement Aquatic Informatics software solutions • Analyze and interpret customer requirements, translating them into scalable configuration solutions • Configure software using SQL, Python, APIs, and standard platform tools • Map customer workflows to system functionality and ensure effective solution adoption • Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance to ensure successful delivery and go-live readiness • Support implementations across multiple regions, including international deployments requiring travel • Contribute to continuous improvement of configuration practices, tools, and customer onboarding processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software configuration, implementation, or technical consulting in a B2B environment • Strong hands-on experience with SQL (query writing, data manipulation) and familiarity with Python and APIs • Fluency in Spanish and English (required) with experience supporting Spanish-speaking customers • Ability and willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10–25%) • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience working with configurable software platforms, SaaS solutions, or system integrations
