⢠Managing contracts within Trojan UVâs Commercial business, including reviewing, drafting, and supporting the negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements (e.g., sales, distribution, change orders). ⢠Working closely with the Global Contracts Manager, regional Contract Managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams. ⢠Acting as a key point of contact between Regional Sales Managers, Contract Managers, Finance, and occasionally end users during the bidding process and purchase order negotiations. ⢠Helping position Trojan in a competitive way. ⢠Reviewing potential commercial contractual pitfalls and providing recommendations for resolution. ⢠Providing interpretation of contract language to Regional Sales Managers. ⢠Ensuring new order acceptance criteria have been satisfied, obtaining approvals from Finance, Legal, Sales, Operations, and others as necessary.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business Law (e.g; Wirtschaftsrecht), Business, Law, Economics or related field is required. ⢠Fluency in English and German. ⢠3 to 5 years of contract sales experience preferred. ⢠Experience in capital equipment or complex commercial environments. ⢠Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams. ⢠High attention to detail with the ability to identify contractual risks and deviations. ⢠Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities independently. ⢠Proactive, accountable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and development.
