📋 Description

• Perform technical visits and service calls for key account customers (GSA) • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electronic equipment • Diagnose faults and propose technical solutions to ensure operational continuity of equipment • Operate in different locations and bases according to operational needs • Use a company vehicle for travel related to service calls • Maintain close relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction • Contribute to regional results through fast, safe, and high-quality service

🎯 Requirements

• Technical education in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields • Valid driver's license (category B) • Availability for frequent travel • Flexibility for travel and occasional schedule variations • Willingness to work in Recife/PE or the metropolitan area • Interest in technical support and customer service activities • Basic English is a plus • Experience maintaining industrial electronic equipment is a plus • Field service experience is a plus • Prior experience in industrial environments is a plus • Experience interacting with medium or large customers is a plus
