📋 Description

• Manage an assigned caseload of Tier 1 HR requests and respond to employee and manager inquiries • Support transactional processes including preboarding, job and compensation changes, time and attendance, leaves of absence, and benefits • Log, track, and manage HR tickets and cases through appropriate systems • Resolve requests in line with established SLAs and service quality standards • Guide associates and managers toward self-service tools, HR resources, and knowledge-base content • Support development and continuous improvement of HR knowledge articles, Shared Services resources, and processes • Identify cases requiring additional expertise and escalate complex or unresolved requests to Tier 2 or Tier 3 support • Collaborate with HR colleagues across EMEA to ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, customer service, administrative support, or a related service-oriented environment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • Fluency in English and German • Proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus, particularly Polish or Turkish • Experience using Microsoft Office and HR or case/ticketing systems • Ability to learn and navigate technology-enabled processes • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requests or priorities • Ability to maintain accuracy and meet defined service standards
