📋 Description

• CI/CD is the beating heart of Vercel. • As a Software Engineer on the CI/CD team, you'll work on the infrastructure that powers these builds at scale. • You'll improve performance, enhance reliability, and evolve the systems that developers rely on to deliver fast, iterative workflows. • We're looking for engineers who are excited to work on high-scale systems, love improving the developer experience, and want to have a direct impact on how software gets shipped on the web. • Build high-performance microservices that power the entire deployment lifecycle—from handling webhooks to designing database schemas and building scalable APIs. • Improve the Deployments user interface. • Identify opportunities and lead projects to enhance performance, reliability, and developer experience of CI/CD on Vercel. • Write clean, efficient, tested, and well-documented code.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience building full-stack applications. • You have experience designing and maintaining APIs and distributed systems. • You have experience building intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks like React or Svelte. • You have strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with modern frontend development tools. • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, and are eager to learn. • You have opinions about how to architect scalable codebases.
