• Act as the CEO’s strategic partner and operational anchor — driving clarity, alignment, and execution across the organisation. • Translate the CEO’s priorities into clear company-wide goals. • Facilitate coordination across a global organisation with teams in multiple regions. • You’ll own and lead strategically important initiatives such as new product rollout coordination and operational improvements. • Support talent initiatives, leadership development, and internal communication.
• 5–10 years in strategy, operations, management consulting, VC/PE portfolio operations, or fast-growth tech companies. • Experience working closely with senior executives or founders. • Strong Experience in data & financial analysis and corporate development highly attractive. • Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced, and globally distributed environments. • Exposure to SaaS, compliance, HR tech, future-of-work, or enterprise technology is beneficial.
