• Lead strategic customer engagements in HK and Taiwan. • Manage, mentor, and develop four Technical Sales Engineers. • Serve as primary enablement and training resource for Technical Sales managers across China. • Be the first point of escalation for complex technical and product issues. • Lead or support technically complex proof-of-concept and proof-of-value engagements. • Work closely with regional sales leader and Taiwan Country Manager. • Capture and communicate customer wins, field feedback, and technical gaps.
• 6–10 years in enterprise technology pre-sales, with at least 2 years in a team lead or first-line management role. • Outstanding technical depth in data security, backup, data management, or secondary storage. • Natural coach and mentor. • Enablement and training instinct. • Strong escalation ownership. • Credible with senior stakeholders. • Bilingual proficiency strongly preferred — fluency in English plus Mandarin. • Willingness to travel across HK, Taiwan, and mainland China.
