📋 Description

• Professional responsible for delivery governance, backlog organization, risk monitoring, and ensuring squad predictability on the project. • Lead project and squad management, ensuring alignment between business, technology and stakeholders. • Organize ceremonies, monitoring cadence, incremental execution plans and status visibility. • Monitor scope, deadlines, risks, dependencies and technical or operational impediments. • Support backlog refinement and prioritization of billing, subscription, dependents, authenticated area and migration features. • Ensure adherence to acceptance criteria, delivery quality and governance of the working model. • Prepare executive reports, progress indicators, action plans and communication with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager or Scrum Master in complex digital projects. • Experience with development squads, backlog management, agile ceremonies and monitoring incremental deliveries. • Ability to manage risks, dependencies, scope and communication with multiple stakeholders. • Strong technical understanding to interact with architecture, development, QA, data and DevOps teams. • Experience with integration projects, system migrations or transactional platforms. • Knowledge of digital products in healthcare, benefits, subscription, billing or payment methods. • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, monitoring dashboards and agile metrics.
